Troop 376 Daily Bugle First Edition
Welcome to the First Edition of the Troop 376 Daily Bugle from Peaceful Valley Summer Camp 2019.
First thing we have to do is get to camp. No, the FIRST thing we have to do is eat. Sonic in Elizabeth is a favorite watering hole.
Once we have eaten it's on to camp. And what's the first thing we do when we get to camp? We check in. No, the FIRST thing we have to do when we get to camp is wait. Then we check in.
We are all checked in, and then we get settled into our campsite...
We get settled in to our tents, and then...we get to EAT! They have really fixed up the new dining hall...
Our first full day at camp, we all go our separate ways for merit badge work, or rank advancement. Let's see what some are doing...
Climbing went well. Gotta practice before they turn us loose with the rocks.
Then there's First Aid...
No, that can't be right...
There we go! That's MUCH better...
Lots of work to be done on the property to take care of Forestry. First we learn....
Then we do...
Once we are done, then we EAT! You've already seen those pictures, it's pretty much the same.
After we eat, we get to rest and hang out. Here is Hotel Hammock.
And none of this would be possible without our dedicated adults...
